This role collaborates across teams to drive testing initiatives from planning through execution, continuously enhance QA standards and processes, integrate scalable and automated testing solutions, and maintain the strategic direction of the organizations quality engineering practices.

Specific activities may change from time to time. - Partner withIAMleadership andIAMcrossfunctional teams to define the QA strategy, testing roadmap, and qualityobjectivesfor programs and releases.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of endtoend testing activitiesincluding functional testing, regression, system integration, UAT, performance testing, and automation coverageof entire IAM stack.
- OverseeIAMtest governance and provide clear communication on testing progress, risks, defects, quality metrics, and release readiness.
- Provide strategic direction on test tooling, automation frameworks, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize QA investments and resource allocation to ensure effective coverage andtimelydelivery across multiple projects.
- Manage a portfolio of testing activities andleadthe delivery of quality controls, including defect prevention, riskbased test planning, and remediation strategies.
- Guide teams inidentifyinggaps, exposures, and areas for improvement within the QA lifecycle, and ensure remediation actions are executed effectively.
- Mentor testers and QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and technical excellence.

- More than seven years ofdemonstratedprogressive experience in Cybersecurity, with emphasis on data lost prevention, vulnerability management, access management, firewalls, security awareness training, etc.
- Excellent ability to express complex multi-disciplinary technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to all levels of Lines of Business and corporate management both verbally and in writing
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines, frameworks, bestpracticesand industry/regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+yearsrelevantexperiencetesting SailPoint ISC or other IAM tools likeSailPointIIQ,OIM, Saviynt including lifecycle events, provisioning workflows, access certifications, and policy enforcement.
- Strong understanding ofIdentity and Access Management (IAM)concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, separation of duties (SoD), entitlements, and identity governance best practices.
- Experience automating test cases
- Experience conducting,preparingand presenting analysis,findingsand recommendations
- Cyber security certifications such a CISA, CISSP
