Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.</div><div></div><div>Marketing Operations Intern</div><div></div><div>Program Summary: </div><ul><li>Duration:11 weeks, June 1st 2026 August 14th2026 </li><li>Site Visits </li><li>Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior Leadership </li><li>Skills Workshops </li><li>Weekly Coffee Chats Coffee with the CEO </li><li>Final projects and presentations </li><li>Engagement Activities </li></ul><div></div><div>About the Role</div><div>BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support channel strategy, promotional execution, and personalization initiatives. This role focuses on how marketing programs are operationalized and delivered to members across print, in-club, and digital channels. </div><div>What Youll Do</div><ul><li>Support Smart Saver and promotional personalization testing</li><li>Maintain and organize Excel-based data related to audiences and distribution</li><li>Assist with coordination across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and vendors</li><li>Support promotional setup and data accuracy for member-facing channels</li><li>Participate in testing readouts and performance discussions</li><li>Support a defined summer project aligned to team priorities</li></ul><div></div><div>What Were Looking For</div><ul><li>Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field</li><li>Strong Excel and organizational skills</li><li>Interest in marketing operations, channel strategy, or personalization</li><li>Detail-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn</li><li>Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred</li><li>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
