This internship focuses on analyzing how members engage with content across our website and mobile app and turning those insights into recommendations that shape digital content strategy. </div><div></div><div><div>Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities</div><ul><li>Lead an individual capstone project focused on improving the measurement or performance of a key BJs digital content area, culminating in a formal presentation to leadership. </li><li>Build andmaintaincontent performance dashboards for key app and site experiences, highlighting trends andimprovementopportunities. </li><li>Analyze the performance of digital content (landing pages, banners, product content, help/tutorial flows) andidentifyopportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion. </li><li>Conduct competitive or benchmark reviews of digital content best practices to inform BJs content strategy. </li><li>Support user journey and dropoff analysis using tools likeContentsquare,Glassbox, or Adobe Analytics to uncover friction points. </li><li>Partner with UX, Product, and Creative teams to translate data into actionable recommendations foroptimizingcontent and experiences. </li><li>Createdashboardtemplates, documentation, and playbooks that improve the consistency of future content measurement and reporting. </li><li>Assistin building hypotheses for A/B tests and multivariate tests related to content effectiveness. </li><li>Evaluate test results and summarize findings in clear, repeatable formats for leadership and crossfunctional teams. </li><li>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
