GBS Sales Pricing Analyst - Decatur, IL
This is a full time exempt-level position
Position Summary:
The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for calculating and maintaining sales contract pricing and controls for North America Corn Sweetener & Starch. The role involves working directly with sales teams, customers, and other support teams to ensure high quality service levels.
Job Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities for this role will include:- Calculate sales contract pricing based on parameters and inputs set by commercial managers
- Calculate and reconcile toll contract proforma pricing and settlement calculations
- Calculate customer rebates
- Enter toll sales contracts in contracting system
- Communicate contract pricing, settlements and rebates to customer service, sales managers, and customers
- Summarize and communicate settlements and rebates to accounting
- Summarize and communicate key contract pricing metrics for commercial managers
- Coordinate processing of settlements and rebates due to/from customers
- Analyze and resolve pricing issues with customers, in collaboration with credit and sales teams
- Other related duties or special projects as assigned
Skills & Competencies:- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact in a consistently professional and positive manner with various internal and external personnel, while enforcing process and controls
- Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of ADM NA applicable systems used for sales contracts and invoicing is preferred
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytical, or agriculture related field required
- 3-5 years of business experience, minimum
