The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on Tableau dashboard development, SQL-based data preparation, and ensuring reliable, accurate reporting across key business domains.<h2></h2><h2>Position</h2>Business Intelligence Analyst<h2></h2><h2>Location</h2>Hyderabad (SAL) ININD, Bangalore, KA<h2>How You'll Create Possibilities</h2>BI Development & VisualizationAdvanced Tableau developmentBuilding, enhancing, and maintaining complex dashboardsExecutive, operational, and analytical reportingHandling multi-source datasets and large volumes of dataTableau Production SupportMonitoring Tableau dashboards for data accuracy and refresh issuesDebugging backend data issues impacting Tableau reportsEnsuring 95%+ reliability of Tableau dashboardsTableau Data ModelingDesigning efficient backend datasets for Tableau consumptionWorking with scheduled queries feeding Tableau dashboardsData Engineering & SQL DevelopmentSQL (Advanced)Query development, optimization, debuggingExperience translating queries (e.g., Vertica → BigQuery)GCP / BigQueryScheduled queries, monitoring, troubleshootingData Lake concepts, access management, cost awarenessIncident & Ticket ManagementMonitor scheduled queries, pipelines, and dashboards daily.Handle incidents and Service Now tickets within SLAs.Perform root cause analysis for failures.Cloud & Cost OptimizationGCP resource monitoring and cleanupIdentifying unused cloud resourcesSupporting cost-saving initiatives via analytics and dashboardsCommunication & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business stakeholders.Communicate issues and resolutions clearly.<h2>What You'll Bring to Our Team</h2>Basic Qualifications/Requirements<ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li> 3–6 years of BI / Analytics experience.</li><li>Advanced Tableau expertise.</li><li>Strong SQL and Big Query experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, AI/ML pipelines, Pub/Sub, etc.).</li><li>Production support experience.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li>Supply Chain or Operations analytics experience.</li><li>STRIIM or streaming exposure.</li><li>Cloud cost optimization experience.</li><li>Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks.</li></ul><h2>Our Culture</h2>Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
